Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as GLS, DPD, or others
  • Standard shipping usually takes 2–3 business days within the EU
  • Inside UK we will be using our UK based warehouse an ship next day 1-2 day delivery
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered for orders above a certain value.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or large/heavy items.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website to monitor delivery progress.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • If your item is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund for items damaged or lost due to courier issues.

International Shipping (Optional)

  • Currently, Yuparts ships from our EU based warehouse to all EU countries
  • For UK ordes we will be using our UK based warehouse

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
  • Someone should be available to receive the package during delivery.
  • Check the package upon receipt and report any issues immediately to victor.apoto@outlook.com.
