Refund and Returns Policy

Note: Returns shipped without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

If the return is partially used or damaged, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges
